Full Week of Work!!

Thank you Mother Nature for not interrupting my work week!  It felt so good to get a full 5 days in…not everything is complete but progress, progress, progress! What really felt good was to connect with co-workers, meet, plan and start back up. The same way with volunteers- the amazing folks that I can't work without- really.  2014 is a BIG year for events @ the Works- important events not just because of the dollars we raise, the creativity and connections that happen and the relationships formed and strengthened. This week was largely dedicated to Cocktails by the Fire and HATSOFF! and I'm feeling really really good! Life on Newark-Granville Road is all about preparation and hard work, fun and relationships- just like this week!
