Why- because soft shell crabs are my favorite and Joe likes them to....and based on Facebook post response many of you like them too!  And you too can buy them at the IGA and bring them home to cook. They're so easy....but you have to clean them!  And this video makes is super easy- woo hoo! First time I did this I failed- slaughtered the poor guys...sorry about the pun....actually truth be told first time I did these I forgot to clean them....ugh..... After cleaning them dust with flour, salt, pepper and seasoning to taste, saute in olive oil or butter or combo until light brown- serve asap with fresh lemon and some parsley or ?? Be creative....Of lets plan a soft shell crab night - we can order them and get together to enjoy together- I've cooked for 14 before.... FYI I was born in Virginia and raised in Maryland, my sign is cancer the crab.....lots of whys about this part of my life on Newark-Granville Road. Thanks for reading.
